Meet the Chef
Roger Martín

Chef Roger Martín is an accomplished culinary artist with a Bachelor's in Tourism Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Fresnillo, studies at Oxnard College, and prestigious training from the Culinary Institute of America.

With over 23 years of experience, Chef Roger has made a significant impact in Los Cabos, contributing to the grand openings of the Sheraton and Esperanza Hotels and leading operations at Cabo del Sol. As the chef-owner of Casa Martín Restaurant, his dedication to culinary excellence is evident in every dish.

Chef Roger is a member of the Vatel Club and Culinary Academy of France. He actively participates in altruistic culinary events, using his expertise to support civil institutions and social welfare initiatives.
